 1) How do I sign up?

From our Sign Up page, just provide us with your full name, email address, birthday, and desired password and information. After you complete the sign up form, we will send an email to the address you provided. Clicking on the confirmation link will complete the sign up process.

2) My Confirmation email doesn't arrive?

Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

Check your email application's spam or junk folder or filter.

Check that you're trying to log in from the correct email address.

Please note that some emails may be blocked by your ISP (internet service provider).

If it still does not work, please contact us at http://www.merawatan.pk/contactus with Subject “No Confirmation email received” and we will activate your account as soon as possible.

3) I get an error using the confirmation email?

Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

First, try logging in (with the email address you signed up with).

If you are unable to log in, copy and paste the full link that you received in the confirmation email into your browser.

If you have problems please contact us at http://www.merawatan.pk/contactus with Subject “Error using Confirmation email” and we will activate your account as soon as possible.

4) I forgot my password what should i do?

It's okay to forget things. You can reset your password by clicking on forget my password link. You will receive and email with details of how to reset the password

5) I am not receiving the email to reset my password?

If you're not receiving the email to reset your password, please check your email application's spam or junk folder or filter.

6) I can't login, or I don't have access to my login email?

Please check your email address and password.

Please do not create another account, as this is a violation of our Terms of Use and may delay resolution of the issue.

7) I reset my password but it will not work the next time I log in?

If you are prompted to reset your password every time you log in, your problem may be related to your internet browser. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Clear your browser's cache and cookies then restart your browser and try logging in again.

If you cannot log in after completing step one, reset your password,

If you are able to reset your password but cannot log back in using the new password, please contact us

If you are unable to receive the email to reset your password because you have made too many requests to reset your password, please contact us at http://www.merawatan.pk/contactus

9)  I need to change my name?

The option is available in profile tab.

Click on profile tab, then click on Edit details and in first row enter your Name and after completing this step click on save button

10) I need to change my date of birth.

The option is available in profile tab.

Click on profile tab, then click on Edit profile and in second row enter your date of birth and then click on save button.

11) How do I add a friend?

To add a friend, just use MeraWatan Search to find people you know and then click on the "Add as a Friend" button. As soon as you click this button a friend request will be sent to that person and upon their confirmation they will show up on your Friends List.

12) How do I create a Photo album?

Log in and go to the Photos page, select Create a Photo Album and enter an album name, description and click "Create Album."

13) How do I join a group?

You can join any open group on your networks also you can join any "global" group that is open. These groups can be found using the MeraWatan Search page where you just type in a keyword for the group, please specify that you are looking for "Groups". Alternatively you can browse by category from the Groups page.

When you find the group you are looking for, click on the "join group" link on the right side of the screen.

Some groups require administrative approval for you to join. If you try to join these groups, you will have to wait for an admin to let you in.

14) How can I protect my privacy?

You can customize your privacy settings from the Privacy page; you have total control over who can view your content.

Please note: At most, only your friends, their friends and the people on your networks can see your profile. But if you change your privacy settings you can limit your profile to be shown to any one or no one or customize is as you want.

15) Does MeraWatan distribute my personal information?

Merawatan respects your privacy. We don't distribute your personal information to marketers or spammers.

16) How do I report abuse?

You may report abuse by using the "Report" link that appears next to many pieces of content on the site.

17) How do I report abuse if I don't have an account on MeraWatan?

You can contact us at http://www.merawatan.pk/contactus with subject “Abuse Report”

18) What web browsers does MeraWatan support?

19) How do I deactivate my account?

If you're worried about who can see you and what they can see, remember that you have complete control over this and can edit your settings as you see fit from the Privacy page.

If you still want to leave MeraWatan, you can deactivate your account from the "Profile" tab on the Account page.

20) I want to permanently delete my account.

If you do not think you will use MeraWatan again and would like your account deleted,

We can take care of this for you.

Keep in mind that you will not be able to reactivate your account or retrieve any of the content or information you have added as in this case your full account and details will be deleted from MeraWatan.

You can delete your account from the "Profile" tab on the Account page.

21) My account is disabled from the site.

Please contact us at MeraWatan.pk from the email address associated with your disabled account with a brief description of your issue

22) Is there any way to see who has been viewing my profile? Can people see that I looked at theirs?

MeraWatan does not allow users to track profile views or see statistics on how often a particular piece of content has been viewed and by whom.

23) My question is not listed above.

At this time, MeraWatan does not offer a complete Help Center for all languages.

For some topics you will be able to view questions and answers from other users also you can ask any question if not listed here and some one from our Support team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
